PAGASA: Tropical depression outside PAR unlikely to enter, ITCZ to bring rains

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Wednesday, Sept. 30, that a tropical depression being monitored east of Luzon, outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), is unlikely to enter the country.  However, PAGASA warned that the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will continue to affect parts of Palawan, the Visayas, and Mindanao, bringing possible rain showers and thunderstorms. 00:32Ito'y kumikilos west-southwestward sa bilis na 10 kilometers per hour.

00:48at hindi rin natin ito inaasahan na maghihila ng habagat.

00:53Para sa magiging panahon natin ngayong araw dito sa Luzon,

00:57inaasahan natin makakaranas tayo ng maaliwalas na panahon.

01:01Pero asahan din po natin yung init at alinsangan lalo na sa tanghali hanggang hapon

01:06na may mataas na chance sa mga localized thunderstorm pagdating sa hapon at sa gabi.
