The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Monday, Sept. 28, that no typhoon or low-pressure area (LPA) was detected inside or outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
Meanwhile, PAGASA said Typhoon Queenie was already near the northern boundary of PAR and was no longer directly affecting the country.
