00:00So, Nils, first move abroad, what was it about Sheffield United that made you want to come here?
00:06First and foremost, I think it's a very football-rich club with a lot of history.
00:17And it felt like they had a great plan for me.
00:21The process of a transfer, you're experiencing it for the first time, so how have the last few days been for you?
00:26It's been a little bit of travelling, yeah, but mostly it went smooth.
00:34Yeah, I can imagine, you know, green turns, medicals, flights, getting to here.
00:38How supportive has everyone been of you at this period?
00:41Very supportive. I've been fortunate enough to have good agents and my brother with me to help, so yeah, they've been really nice to me.
00:50Yeah, that's my next question. Not coming here alone then, so you've got some family support too?
00:54Yeah, my brother is going to be here with me for a while.
00:58Sweden and Swedish players have often flourished in England, so has it always been an ambition of yours to play in this country?
01:06Yeah, I think so. I think football in England is probably the best in the world and it's a long tradition within the whole of England to love football.
01:17And tell us about your journey. I understand that you joined Malmo quite young.
01:22Yeah, I joined when I was eight years old, so I've been playing there for my whole football career basically.
01:29And working your way into senior football over the last couple of years, I mean, how big a learning curve has that been for you?
01:35Of course, it's a big step from the academy onto the first team, so the first months were a bit of a learning period, but then it's been good, it's been really fun.
01:49And not just club football, I know you've represented Sweden at UFLEFL and you've got a senior cap there, so that must have been a great experience for you.
01:57Yeah, that was amazing as well. It's always special to play in the national team and, yeah, amazing.
02:06I know Blazers fans will have been looking you up on the internet and seen clips and bits and pieces, but just to hear it from you yourself, I mean, what type of defender are you?
02:13What are your most important attributes, do you think?
02:16I like to step up high, be aggressive and win the ball. And in possession, I like to drive up the pitch and find options.
02:25And Malmo and Sheffield United, it's not the first transfer that's happened between the two clubs, you'll be aware of Vanell Aknad Horic, who was here?
02:33Oh, of course. He was a big player in Malmo and I followed his move here as well, so it would be nice to follow in his footsteps.
02:43Yeah, and also Robin Olsen at Malmo, he also played for Sheffield United, did you speak to him about the move?
02:48Yeah, I talked to him a little bit. He was, yeah, he said it's a great city and great club.
02:56And the Swedish season, of course, I think it's March to November, isn't it? So you've been playing heavily involved, so I guess you've had plenty of competitive game time coming into this move here.
03:05Yeah, it's been a long season. We started in January with some European games, so yeah, I'm ready to go.
03:13And we mentioned Danel coming from Malmo, but what else do you know about Sheffield United?
03:19It's a very old club, as I said, a long football history.
03:26And looking forward to playing at Bramall Lane and walking out in front of a packed house there, that would be a great moment for you when it arrives.
03:32I have very much. Looking forward to it.
