00:00Middlesbrough have announced another new signing. This time it's Adelson Mandala who has arrived

00:06at the Riverside Stadium as Rob Edwards looks to make sure Borough are ready to compete for

00:11the rest of the season. I'm feeling really good, having a good welcome, so really happy to be there.

00:20What was it about this club that really appealed to you?

00:22Obviously a historic club, mythic. I'm really happy to be able to be part of that. It seems like the

00:34move came about quite quickly. Can you just talk through how it came about from your perspective?

00:38Yeah, I don't know if I can say quickly. There was a lot of talks but I'm happy that we could make it

00:45happen and now just heading to see what we can do in the future. But yeah, really exciting.

00:53Was there a lot of interest from elsewhere?

00:56There was, there was. As I think all players can become, yeah, confident. There is always interest

01:07but yeah, the most important is to stay focused on what you do and yeah.

01:12And Sunderland's Dan Ballard has made clear that the hard work is still to come for the Black Cats,

01:18despite them starting their Premier League campaign with a 3-0 win over West Ham United.

01:25Yeah, definitely. And, you know, I just gambled back there and threw my body and

01:31yeah, it just hit me. So it was an important moment again and yeah, like I said, things just went away today.

01:37Emotions are obviously high. It's a terrific start but there is plenty more left in this season

01:44and all our attentions switch straight to Burnley next weekend.

01:48Yeah, I think that's, you know, if we're looking at the table, that's another winnable game. So,

01:54you know, these games are probably the most important and it's important we go and

01:59go and win them or get points. So, yesterday was brilliant but there's a lot of hard work to come.
