00:00Are you nervous?
00:01Yeah.
00:02Okay, go for it.
00:03That's how you've done.
00:07Oh my god, too nice!
00:09Are you happy?
00:11Yeah.
00:12Are you happy?
00:17Okay then, Darcy, how do you feel coming in this morning?
00:19Well, I felt really nervous.
00:20I woke up this morning, I was literally shaking.
00:23But I've done well, so I know I don't need to be nervous anymore.
00:27So how did you do?
00:28What were your breakdown results?
00:30Well, I got two nines, which is just a shock.
00:32I really didn't expect nines.
00:33I knew I did well, because I was asked to come in early,
00:36and usually that's a good sign.
00:37But I had no idea I came out with two nines.
00:40That's just insane.
00:41So what else have you got?
00:42You've got two nines.
00:43I got a seven in maths, which I thought I was going to at least
00:46maybe scrape a six or a five, but a seven is definitely a big shock.
00:49I got my three sixes in sciences, then got my seven in geography,
00:53and I finally hit A in history.
00:55I've only ever gotten sevens on my history marks,
00:57but I finally got an eight in a level two distinction in Scotland sport.
01:00So what's your plans now?
01:01What are you going to go on and study, and where are you going?
01:03I'm going to go to sophomore sixth form,
01:04and I'm going to do English literature, law, and history.
01:07And are you going to celebrate this afternoon?
01:09Yes, 100%.
01:10I might go for a meal, like hang out with my friends, things like that.
01:13Okay, and Isabelle, how did you feel coming to school this morning?
01:16I'm very nervous.
01:17I'm very nervous.
01:18Yeah, and how did you do?
01:20I got an eight in maths, which I'm really happy about.
01:23I got five sixes and two sevens.
01:28So did you do better than you expected, or about what you expected?
01:31Better in a few subjects.
01:34Yes.
01:35And how do you feel now you've opened the envelope?
01:37Are you relieved?

01:43Chemistry, physics, and maths.
01:46Any plans for this afternoon?
01:48I'm not sure.
01:51Okay, Isabelle, were you nervous coming down this morning?
01:54Uh, yes.
01:55I was extremely nervous.
01:56Did you sleep last night?
01:57Uh, no.
01:58You couldn't sleep, alright.
01:59So how did you feel once you opened the envelope?
02:02Very relieved.
02:03I cried immediately.
02:04And what did you get?
02:05Um, six nines, two sevens, and one eight.
02:09And what's your plans now?

02:22There was a mix between being nervous and not really nervous actually.
02:27And how did you do?
02:29Well, overall it was really well, specifically maths.
02:33What did you get?
02:34I got an eating maths, which was one of my highest.
02:36So happy with the results?
02:37Oh yeah, I'm really happy.
02:38Did you do better than I expected, or about what you expected?

02:44So what's your plans now?
02:45What are you going to go and do, and where are you going to go and study?
02:47I'm going to go and study.
02:48What are you studying?
02:49Maths, physics, and computer assignments.
02:50Okay, and Mrs Dodd, GCSA results day, are you pleased with the results?
02:56I'm absolutely delighted with the GCSA results this year.
03:00We are celebrating yet another year of fantastic results, with again almost half of our children, leaving with that five plus in English and maths.
03:10Again, it's that consistent approach we have with our children, and I'd just like to thank all of the staff, all of the students and their parents for such hard work and effort over the last year.
03:23We've really come together as a community, and this is a collective effort from everyone.
03:28Huge well done to the students, and I wish them the very best of luck in all their endeavours moving forward.
03:34Lots of happy faces this morning, yeah?
03:36Absolutely wonderful.
03:37Some real successes, some individual successes at all grades as well, which was lovely to see.
03:43Alrighty, stay down the road, nice day.
04:00Good day.
04:01Now, come back up.
