T&T-born all-rounder Navin Bidaisee made a swashbuckling half-century on debut, but his St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots lost by three runs to defending champs St. Lucia Kings in a last-ball thriller.
The Kings made 200 for 8, with 61 from Roston Chase and 52 from Johnson Charles.
In reply, the Patriots were restricted to 197 for 6, with skipper Jason Holder top scoring with 63 and Bidaisee making exactly 50.
