00:00An Arkansas State trooper is hurrying to catch up to a Cadillac STS clocked at nearly 115 miles an hour.

00:10The trooper pits him.

00:12TBI, A&B, TBI, A&B.

00:17The trooper is now right behind him and moves in for another pit.

00:24But it's too dangerous.

00:26You can't see it here, but the officer tosses the spikes.

00:33Looks like the spikes were a success because the tires are starting to fall apart.

00:39Again, the trooper moves in for a pit.

00:41They're now surrounded at gunpoint.

01:01Out of the car! Out of the car!

01:09The driver says his gas pedal was stuck.
