04:14Paano naman po yung pakikipagtulungan ninyo sa, halimbawa, sa ERC, sa NEA, pati dun po sa Distribution Utilities
04:22para magkaroon ng mas malinaw at predictable pathway para sa mga aplikante?

05:12meron silang Certificate of Compliance kasi nasa isira po siya.
05:16Pero ang gagawin po ni ERC, ito po ay i-streamline niya.
05:20Baka dalawa na lang ang requirements.
05:23Yung isa is yung agreement nila o yung MOA with the Distribution Utility
05:28at yung pangalawa, yung some technical details on the Net Metering.
05:33Ili ng capacity, saan kukonnect, yung mga gano'n na, and yung metering requirements.
05:39So, yun, pagka naset na natin yun, and then si ERC,
05:45immediately mas madbilis na, lalo na kung may MOA na sila.
05:49So, in 30 days or less, kasi we're still working with the ERC and the agency's concern

06:33Kasi, alam nyo naman, malaki yung franchise area ng Meralco
06:38at maraming nag-apply na net metering customers sa kanila.
06:42So, sila po yung tinalaga natin na mag-lead muna at least on the initial stage
06:49para matingnan lang natin or maaral natin kung asan pa yung mga pwede natin gawin sa ibang lugar.

07:01ng Energy Regulatory Commission and DILG plus MEA
07:05para i-launch yung digital net metering application platform.
07:10Ang target po niyan ay September, next month.
07:14And ang purpose nito is to enable yung faster and more transparent processes
07:20ng Meralco dun sa mga net metering applications niya.
07:25Pangalawa, magkakaroon po tayo ng rollout on a nationwide public awareness campaign.
07:33So, ito immediately po makikipagsulungan ang DOE din with the various partners.
07:40and government agencies na i-inform natin yung mga consumer paano ba mag-apply
07:46para maiwasan na rin yung fly-by-night installation kasi meron na yung mga black market.
07:52Meron hindi registered na solar installer or fly-by-night na yung protection
07:58ng installation niya ay hindi natin sigurado.
08:02So, we wanted to give our consumer or net metering participants
08:07safe and secure yung kanyang net metering installation.
08:12And then, syempre, gusto namin na magkaroon tayo ng more campaigns jointly with buyer stakeholders.

08:28to support yung consumer education and engagement.
