00:05Ayon sa Department of Agrarian Reform, tumaas na ng hanggang 21 pesos kada kilo ang tuyong palay

00:10simula ng ipatupadang pagpapalakas ng implementasyon ng SAGIP-SACA Act

00:15sa Executive Order 100-101, kung saan pwede lang direktang bumili ang national government agencies

00:21at local government units ng palay sa mga magsasaka na hindi dumadaan sa bidding.

00:26Kabilang mga agrarian reform beneficiaries na natutulungan ng SAGIP-SACA Act.

00:56Ngayon, nasa 21 ng benta namin per kilo dry, hindi well.

01:02So, because of the SAGIP-SACA Act, because of EO 100 and 101,

01:09it has greatly helped the farmers dun sa kanilang farm gate pricing.
