Romualdez hails Pag-IBIG 'early bird promo' for first-time homebuyers

The Pag-IBIG Fund’s "early bird promo" is a vital step toward helping Filipino families achieve their dream of owning a home.

Thus, said House Speaker Martin Romualdez, who on Wednesday, Aug. 20 praised the promo granting a 10-year, three-percent subsidized interest rate to the first 30,000 borrowers under the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) program.
