00:38You have consistently displayed enthusiasm, fairness, and thorough scrutiny of the budget,
00:45which led to the prompt approval of the 2025 General Appropriations Bill on third and final
00:53reading.
00:54We were able to complete the work required for the 2025 National Budget, which we completed
01:06in less than three hours.
01:08We did not stop even in the middle of the morning to ensure that we did our duty.
01:22With the eventual approval of the nation's 2025 budget not far behind, the national government
01:29is more than ready to finance and implement its future initiatives and flagship projects.
01:36We remain true to our objective to pursue an agenda for prosperity and enable every
01:43Filipino to directly experience and equitably share in the grains brought by our collective
01:49and solid efforts.
01:52Since the opening of the 19th Congress, we have persistently advanced and maintained
01:57the energy to prove our commitment towards empowering our citizens.
02:03Our utmost priority has always been the formulation of vital pieces of legislation aimed at poverty
02:10alleviation, agricultural productivity, food security, income growth, human capital development,
02:20and increased employment opportunities.
02:23Out of the 64 total number of priority measures outlined in the Common Legislative Agenda
02:29for the 19th Congress, 60 have been approved and only four remain under deliberation with
02:37the respective committees.
