00:23Hanggang sa 200 million up na mabili nyo na acquired assets, group sale, bulk sale, ay may 45%.

00:32So we have made a deal with Pag-ibig and we are about to just finalize it.

00:39Ang hiningi namin is, yung mga pulis namin ay magtitingin sa kanilang acquired assets kung ano ang magustuhan ng mga pulis,

00:51i-communicate sa amin para maging bulk sale na rin.

00:54Hindi na sila mag-ipag-bidding because it is being sold through bidding.

01:02Yun na lang ang aming final na nare-request na hindi na kami mag-bidding,

01:07kukuni namin doon sa minimum bid price at magbibigay sila ng 45% discount kung ano ang minimum bid price na yun.
