00:29keep postponing it. And then once that task is complete, I can relax for the rest of the day.
00:36The next principle is called auto-reject. And essentially this means that you don't need to
00:42say yes to every single opportunity that comes your way. Just because something sounds exciting or
00:48just because other people are doing it, that doesn't mean you have to say yes to it.
