00:51people in there at three three in the afternoon which surprised me because i don't think there's

00:55more than 10 people in this town one bite every nose rules and here it is that does look authentic

01:01chicago which isn't my favorite style but if i was if you drop me right now in chicago this is what it

01:09would look like and that's a pretty good undercarriage so i don't know what this is going to score this so

01:14far just on the looks test is passing the chicago vibe with flying colors one bite every nose rules

01:21mr gilberti's place party central they're wearing the hats they get the it just looks like a party

01:27it looks like where you want to take your kids uh for a birthday party

01:30i'll tell you another thing about mr gilberti's place authentic chicago style pan pizza pasta

01:45this passes the chicago vibe test all the way around this is better than like 50 of the stuff

02:29is it close no i don't know geography never my thing um seven three mr gilberti's place

02:34i have an important question yes there's another place we do i do pizza i know i i know now

02:42there's another place that's called mr g's same place um it was this that was the original store

02:51when mr and mrs gilberti came from chicago that was the store that they originally opened right

02:56they ran that one for a couple years sold it to one of their servers moved down to the gulf and then

03:02hurricane katrina hit then they moved back up here and opened this restaurant so

03:06they were opened by the same gentleman but never owned by the same man at the same time

03:12we're two very different companies like that one's more like a pub they sell like a barbecue

03:18chicken pizza stuff like that we're more of an actual italian restaurant i serve cool on italian

03:25meals and pizzas very very chicago style pizzas got it okay thank you exactly like chicago pizza
