00:47and then beating the World Cup champions in Australia,
00:51then the defending champion in South Africa
00:53who had won the ICC Knockout Trophy
00:54on the first occasion in Bangladesh two years ago.
00:58New Zealand beating Zimbabwe comfortably
01:00and then Pakistan in one of the most exciting matches of the tournament.
01:05So it's India versus New Zealand in the final.
01:09And as always here at the Nairobi Gymkhana Ground,
01:12big support for India from the local Indian community.
01:22It's an overcast morning here in Nairobi,
01:25but it has been before in some of the matches
01:29and it has cleared and that is the forecast for the day.
01:34New Zealand have won the toss.
01:36They've chosen to bowl so that India will bat
01:38on a pitch which has been very meticulously prepared.
01:44The pitches have been very good for batting in this tournament.
01:47The outfield's fast, the ground is relatively small
01:50and we can look forward to some big scoring in the final.
01:55Sarov Ganguly, the captain, coming off his unbeaten 141,
01:59which was the basis of India's convincing victory
02:02over South Africa in the semifinal.
02:04And of course he's joined by arguably the best batsman in the world
02:10and certainly one of the most famous men in India,
02:13Sachin Tendulkar.
02:14And here is something to boost the New Zealanders.
02:21Chris Kearns, who was in doubt for this match
02:23because of a knee injury, in fact, did not play
02:27in the semifinal because of injury.
02:29He is past fit and past fit not only to bat, but also to bowl.
02:34He's only had one over in the tournament so far,
02:36but he is fit and ready for this big game.

08:33and then just give him a little bit of room.
08:36This is not really a bad delivery.

08:43is just phenomenal.

08:46It's got to go straight to the fielder,
