00:00The problem is that this bishop is pinned and it's an absolute pin because there's a king there
00:06and black is preparing to go rook c1 just to have a second rook attacking this bishop.
00:12And by the way, there's potentially there will be another attack from there.
00:16But no matter what, you know, if black rook shows on c1, it's an exchange on f1.
00:22Black recovers the piece and it's at best for white will be drawn.
00:25So technically white can go c6 by trying to bring the, for instance, bishop c6, bishop e3,
00:35trying to bring bishop back to protect c1 square.
00:38But then black can go rook b4 and then rook shows on b1.
00:46And this was the same effect.
00:49So there's no way white can win.
00:53So what can we do?
00:55So is there any way we can eliminate this pin and to sort of shoot back to use the fact that we have a queen,
01:08we have a couple of bishops.
01:10And the trick is that if you look at these diagonal, so you find out that king is open.
01:15So that's why if this bishop can become free from this deadly pin, absolute pin, it could cause a lot of damage.
01:27And by just making this calculation in your mind, you can find a move.
01:31Fantastic move, queen a2.
01:33So we are sacrificing the queen, but it's not a sacrifice because if black takes, now our bishop becomes, you know, crazy elephant.
01:45You know, it just, it takes one rook and then after king moves, it takes another rook.
01:50So it destroys everything.
01:53So let's have a look again.
01:54Queen a2.
01:56So we attack this rook.
01:57We prepare the release.
