00:32She said that regardless of the decision, it should wait until the end of the current term and that Ampang should not be turned into a sacrificial seat.
00:39Rodzia, who won the Ampang seat in the 2022 general election, added that forcing an EMP or Assemblyman to step aside early just to create space and pave the way for someone else would be unreasonable.
00:53In February, FMT quoted sources as saying that Dengkul Zafrul was expected to contest a Selangor seat in the next general election, with Ampang being his top choice, and Pitalin Jaya and Pandan as other possibilities.
