00:00Let me show you how you can split the name and the test result from this column into two separate columns really quickly.
00:06The first thing you have to do is to select all the raw data here and press CTRL G which opens the go to window here.
00:13Click on special, click on constant and leave the check mark for text box just like that and click OK.
00:20What that does is that it only selects the text values.
00:23Press CTRL C to copy in the clipboard.
00:25Go to your student column and press CTRL V to paste it.
00:28Next, we'll do the test result.
00:30Do the same thing.
00:31Highlight the raw data like this.
00:33CTRL G, special, constant, let's leave the number check box as it is and then click OK.
00:40That will select only the numeric values.
00:42Now press CTRL C to copy in the clipboard and under the test result column, CTRL V and your job is complete.
