00:00This is how you can quickly format your table in Excel.
00:03You put your cursor anywhere on your dataset table here and you press ALT and then it will
00:09give you this auto format pop-up window here.
00:12You can select any format you want, you can actually scroll down and see different types
00:16that you have.
00:17I'm going to go ahead and select say this one here and click OK and it will automatically
00:21format your table for you in a very nice fashion.
00:24And as you can see, by default the auto format is not accessible in any of your ribbon or
00:30your quick access toolbar.
00:31However, if you like to add auto format in your quick access toolbar, this is how you
00:36do it.
00:37First you go to file and then you go options and then in here, the Excel options, you click
00:43on quick access toolbar.
00:45If you want to add the auto format on your ribbon, you just click on this and follow the same
00:51steps here.
00:52You're going to go ahead and do a pull down here.
00:54On the pull down you say all commands and then you're going to scroll down a few times
01:00and look for auto format this one here.
01:03Once you find it, click on add and it should appear right here and click OK.
01:09Now you can see an icon appears on your quick access toolbar here.
01:13Now if you click on it, the auto format pop-up is accessible via your quick access toolbar.
