00:00Why Allah has revealed 4 Islamic books or revelations? Why did he not complete his religion in one book as he knows the knowledge of future? He could have revealed only one book which could be useful for all the periods of time, like the Qiyamah, only Qur'an will be implemented upon so that there were no divisions in religion.
00:23So let me correct you with the Hafiz that Allah has not revealed only 4 books. Allah says in the Qur'an in Surah Rad, chapter 38, Allah says,
00:36In every age have you sent a revelation. But by name only 4 are mentioned in the Qur'an. The Torah, the Zaboor, the Injil and the Qur'an.
00:46Torah is the Vahiy, the revelation which was given to Moses, peace be upon him. Zaboor is the Vahiy, the revelation given to David, peace be upon him.
00:54Injil is the Vahiy, the revelation which was given to Jesus, peace be upon him. And Qur'an is the last and final revelation which was given to the last and final blessing, the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.
01:04But there were many other revelations besides these 4 which are mentioned in the Qur'an. For example, Surah Ibrahim, the Bulls given to Prophet Abraham, peace be upon him.
01:12But by name only 4 are mentioned in the Qur'an. Now the basic question, that why did Allah reveal so many revelations? Why don't you reveal only one book?
01:21And that's it, till Kiyama. It's like my son telling me, Abba, Father, I want to become a doctor. So why don't you admit me directly into a medical college?
01:34Why should I go to nursery, then go to kindergarten, then go to first standard, then primary school, then secondary school, and then go to a medical college?
01:43Why don't you give me admission directly into a medical college?
01:48So similarly, Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala and his divine wisdom, he revealed best what was required at that time.
01:55First he revealed the Torah, then he revealed the Yabur, then he revealed the Injil.
02:03So Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala knows that earlier, if he revealed the Qur'an, people may not be able to understand it.
02:11So what has Allah done? Allah knew at this age, 1400 years ago, at this time, alhamdulillah, human beings can understand the Qur'an,
02:23and can follow it, and can implement it.
02:25So Allah knows divine wisdom, because he is the creator of the human beings, he knows it.
02:31So at the right time, when Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala realized, 14 years ago, that this is the time that human beings can absorb,
02:39and can implement it, he revealed it.
02:41Before that, he revealed the other scriptures.
02:44The basic message of Ta'id was there, but it was different.
02:48So 14 years ago, Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala revealed the last and final revelation,
02:55which Allah knew at this time, the people can understand it, can implement it, and follow it.
03:03So this is the hikmah of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.
03:05He revealed the other scriptures first, and he revealed the last and final revelation of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala,
03:12the glorious Qur'an, at the right and appropriate time.
