00:07A Seoul court issued an arrest warrant for former First Lady Kim Koon-hee close to midnight on Tuesday,
00:13saying there was a risk Kim could destroy evidence.
00:16She and her husband face multiple corruption accusations, which they both deny.
00:21The former president has been in jail since July 10,
00:24awaiting trial for his failed attempt to impose martial law back in December.
