00:06bringing you some of the main headlines in Doncaster this Tuesday morning.
00:09Starting today with the news that the Home Office has quashed rumours that the Doncaster City Centre Hotel is being used to house asylum seekers.
00:17The Danham Hotel in the High Street was initially used to house asylum seekers from November 2021, but it's no longer been used for the purpose.
00:25It comes after the hotel was named on a list of hotels planned for potential protests.

00:37Also in the news today, mystery surrounds the visit of a planned visit to Doncaster by Reform UK MP Lee Anderson.
00:44He was due to visit Bentley on Saturday, but it appears the event took place and there's been no reason of explanation of why it didn't happen.
