Speaking to CNN's Dana Bash, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) was asked if he believes in Israel's right to exist as a Jewish state.

00:09so raw, especially on the left, which is take Netanyahu out of this. Do you believe in the

00:18notion of Israel as a Jewish state? Yeah, I do, for a lot of reasons. But right now,

00:25what Netanyahu has done, what the Israeli government has done, is become almost a pariah state.

00:33And I fear very much that Israel now is looked in very, very unfavorable light by people all
