00:00Steve Urcic, this fight, you know what, there's been different opponents and, you know, changes
00:05and anytime that stuff happens, it's always, you know, it's always sort of a red flag for
00:09me.
00:10I wouldn't want to lay minus 550, but I think he wins.
00:14Osborne, and I don't know if there's ever a time, like, it's like you go to the racetrack
00:18and you're going to bet on a horse like Ozzy Osborne.
00:21Here's, it's not Ozzy, but it's Odie.
00:23It's close enough.
00:25Odie Osborne, let's ride the crazy train.
00:27Plus 400.
00:28As I stated, like, there's a lot of fighters on this card that it's one of those that,
00:33yeah, they should be favorites, but not by that much.
00:36And it's up to you to decide whether you want to, like, risk it and, you know, sprinkle on
00:41the underdog or try to put some favorite parlays together.
00:46Angela Hill, this is the fight that's actually, she's like the shortest underdog, plus 170
00:51against Lucinda.
00:53Over-under is two and a half, minus 600.
00:56Minus 600.
00:57So just from a betting perspective, this is almost like, you know, betting, MMA betting
01:03101 here.
01:05Okay, so we got Angela Hill's an underdog at plus 170.
01:10The total of the fight is two and a half, minus 600 to the over.
01:14So in other words, the odds makers, they believe, everybody believes that this is a sure shot,
01:21stone cold lock, that it's going to go the distance.
01:25So if it's going to go the distance, then the underdog has a chance, right?
01:30You know what I mean?
01:30If a fight is like one and a half and it's a big favorite, it's like, well, nah, they don't
01:35think the fighter's going to last very long even.
01:37Well, the odds makers are telling us, yeah, Angela Hill's going to last the fight.
01:41I mean, this is youth versus veteran, veteran presence, et cetera.
01:45But Angela Hill plus 170, you know, could be a live dog here when you consider the total
01:50is minus 600, right?
01:52This is just sort of reading between the lines, so to speak, reading between the numbers.
01:58Andre Feely is a plus 200 underdog.
02:01Here's another fight against Christian Rodriguez.
02:03I think this fight's going to go over the two and a half, but it's minus 225.
02:06Like, even the totals are chalky this week.
02:09Miles Johns and Matsumoto.
02:13You know, I was looking, this is going to be a fun fight, actually.
02:16You know, the Dana White contender series, fighters going head-to-head here.
02:21The thing is, I like Matsumoto.
02:24I think he's going to win the fight, but I don't think he should be a minus 300 favorite.
02:28But, you know, a very, very, like I said, very chalky card this week.
02:33Eric Anders.
02:34So, James Lynch interviewed Eric Anders earlier in the week.
02:37For those of you that hear the name Eric Anders as well, a little bit of a crossover,
02:41and you heard him say, I spoke to him in Alabama.
02:44Eric Anders is actually a national champion on the Alabama Crimson Tide football team.
02:49He was a linebacker.
02:50Won a national championship years ago with Alabama.
02:54One of the, you know, I'm going to say one of the first football players,
02:58but one of the, you know, the first influx of football players that got into mixed martial arts.
03:02And if you'll notice, there's no carryover to this.
03:07Like, how many football players have been very, very, like, successful mixed martial artists?
03:14How many?
03:16Right?
03:17You know, like, seriously.
03:19Alvin St. Pru?
03:21Okay.
03:21He's okay.
03:22He's pretty good.
03:23You know what I mean?
03:23Like, he played, he was a, he was a defensive lineman with the Tennessee Volunteers.
03:30Matt Mitrione.
03:31Remember Matt Mitrione from years ago?
03:33He was okay.
03:34He wasn't bad.
03:35Right?
03:36But not, like, overly successful.
03:38You know, you figure, oh, there's got to be a football player to cross over.
03:42And be a mixed martial artist.
03:44But it really hasn't been there.
03:45So, Anders, big underdog here.
03:48Plus 400.
