00:15We only have Manx Locton, so we have a good business with the wool and the charcuterie.
00:23Because Locton's are slow maturing, the meat's more like venison.
00:30Which is perfect for charcuterie, and as you can see, we have done amazingly well.
00:37We only started less than two years ago, and we have won a host of Good Taste Awards, including two three stars.

01:25We make all our cakes homemade, and we have homemade sausage rolls.

01:33We cater, we do a lot of weddings, christenings, baby showers.

01:43The Citroen van's currently at private hire at the moment, so we're here at the Royal Agricultural Show, showcasing all our homemade cakes and sausage rolls.

01:54We produce jam in a jar, chutney in a jar, and all the rest of it's chillies.
02:00We've got some new ones today.
02:01Marmaletta, which is an Italian style of marmalade.
02:06So we've got three, four different flavours of those, so they're going really well, and you can come up and taste them.
02:12I'm Andre, we're here from Lush Base, based down in Malphan, in Malazala, in Yardapan.
02:18We do a range of South African-style rice, some of the biscuits, and we have nine different flavors.
02:22But currently, an amazing rice to try.

03:15We've got regular lamb, we've got loxswain, we've also got eggs and pasta and milk.
03:18We're over to the founder of the show, which is the Sun and the Royal, a couple of taste-setters from time to time.
03:24And you should look at that, which is McLean, the sun's shining, everyone's really happy.

03:32We are a local spirits producer based here on the Isle of Man.
03:35We have our distillery based in Ramsey, we have the stills, we make everything up there, we bottle everything up there, we sell it here, we sell it across in the UK as well, both in store and online.
03:45And we have a range of tins here today for trials.
03:48We also do rum and we do vodka.
03:50We are making Isle Isle of Man, my name's Katie and I own just a home bakery, cookie pies, brownies, cookies, stuffed cookies, cookie croissants, lots of different types of cake alternatives.
04:04We have got a victorious lunch today though, but yeah, just sell from home and sell to a few cafes on the island.
04:10I'm Ruth Mead from Fire Island and this is where I am.
04:15So, we're the Aleman's only chilli farm and we produce small batch of hot sauces, we've got chilli millish and we grow chillies on the west coast of the Aleman just in Belang.
04:29So, my name is Katie and I work for the doctor at Tea Room, so you can go at Michael and we're a vintage style tea room specialising in homemade meals and homemade cakes using as much local ingredients as you can.
04:42So, we're here at the show, we're showcasing a lot of savouries, we've got some amazing sausage rolls, we've got two years of sausage meal and some amazing calories using a bare meal, bala hickory, big pastry, incredible.

05:03This is our first time at the Royal Manx Agricultural Show and hopefully many more to come.

05:33Hi, I'm Sarah and we are Lux and Flower. Today we're talking about our rebranding.
05:38So in September, we have our new packaging launching the Croscan Man in the new 1kg format.
05:45We've had lots of really positive feedback from our customers.
05:48It's a lot more colourful, eye-catching, easy for people to identify which products which will come in the different colours.
05:57And yeah, it's just great to talk to people about what we're up to today.
