My name is Katie Chapman and my business is Baked Goods, so I do brownies, cookies, we've got cookie croissants today.

How important is an event like this for you guys?

Yeah, really important, this is all about local produce, I use all the local flour and butter and stuff for all my cakes.

We did really well at the Southern and this show I've not been to before but so far so good, doing really well.
