00:00oh i went on the one show i got to see fern and the fabulous alex jones who i love and i love going

00:07on the one i saw pat who's one of the cameramen and he works on it takes two and we were such a

00:12family for 10 years it's like yay it's really lovely to see them and see sam rider i love

00:17going on the one show because you never know what subjects are going to come up it could be

00:20uh have you got rats and drainage issues um you know and then one big thank you they do which is

00:27lovely and it was a little kid called luciano who goes into care homes and sings for uh people in

00:33care homes and he was completely adorable and the gorgeous superman um did him a one big thank you

00:39anyway i digress so i went on the one show the only thing was when i came out of doing the one show and

00:44i was going going on to talk about the pod and you were doing your radio show at the time um someone

00:48had smashed my front window of my car and that's never happened to me before and it was that you

00:53know when things like that happen and you're like oh right uh what and you're a bit frozen in time

00:58you don't know what to do yeah anyway i was very proud of myself i used handy things to have in your

01:04car a festival long poncho jacket which i wrapped around the smashed door slammed it tight and was

01:14like right okay i'm probably gonna have to drive from london to brighton at 30 miles an hour but you

01:19know what i got up to 60 and it was very loud as you on the radio and then the wonderful bob harris

01:25um i've never heard the country show quite so loud in my ear but you both got me home safely thank you

01:31um but it's just you know i'm not very practical sometimes when things like that happen i'm like

01:36right oh yes what do i do i don't have any masking tape anyway they didn't get anything valuable so it was

01:42fine and then woody's got a an exploded clutch as well so it's been car car mayhem our end but

01:49apart from that did you feel quite wounded by it i got in and i had a massive cry yeah i'm not

01:54surprised do you know what i did i did a stupid thing i was so busy running into the one show with

01:59my suits and my bag and everything and we were going down to do a picture with our spotify picture

02:05which was amazing um that i left a bag on front seat big no no in london idiot luckily nothing

02:12in it except my diary but it's not my diary where i write i just it's just practical things real good

02:18and it there was some pictures in the back but i i've learned from losing things that anything

02:24special like little notes from the kids and stuff like that i photocopy them cut them out yeah and then

02:30keep them and then keep the originals at home because i've lost too many lovely things so i've

02:35learned now just have photocopies i always want to think the best of people i just i cannot believe

02:42that people um you know do do those scam calls they really upset me when people you have conversations

02:49with people and you're like oh you've just literally scammed me and i've spoken to you i've had a

02:53conversation with you and i've heard your voice and i thought you were a nice person um i had my phone

02:57stolen out of my hand when i was walking to work one day um just a boy on a bike just literally

03:02snatched it from my hand and then you having something like this it's just so disappointing

03:06that people would do that to another person i really really hate it and it really upsets me

03:12i guess it's desperate times isn't it desperate times for some people and you just and then you

03:17just have to think right look it's just it's just a glass it's just a window it's inconvenient you get

03:22it fixed you sort it out anyway my tip to everyone keep a rain mac poncho very thick

03:30it's made by rain kiss thank you very much rain kiss probably not was what was intended

03:34um you'll feel tartan poncho for festivals but it got me all the way home thank you very much

03:39and it was a nice hot night as well so it was quite barmy i was like oh yeah i've got tough coat and

03:45then of course i got in and had a massive like big old-fashioned cry which was uh oh i thought

03:52you were gonna say a whiskey or a vodka or a gin i would whiskey no i got in and just had a massive

03:59cry you know when you're like i've been doing it it was good i love a big blub uh the ones where you

04:05wake up in the morning and your face is all bit swollen you're like well i'm glad i got that out

04:09whatever that was that's out good you actually can't breathe yeah yeah ugly cry love and ugly cry
