00:00People of Kentucky, you're going to find it a great place to do business, too.
00:05It's fantastic.
00:06Isn't that nice?
00:07We're doing these things now in the United States instead of other countries, faraway countries.
00:13This is a significant step toward the ultimate goal of ensuring that iPhones sold in the United States of America
00:20also are made in America with the mass infusion of capital it's announcing today.
00:25Apple will also build a 250,000 square foot server manufacturing facility in Houston
00:31and invest billions of dollars to construct data centers across the country from North Carolina to Iowa to Oregon.
00:40That's big stuff.
00:42Apple will also open state-of-the-art manufacturer economy.
00:46It's going to be a manufacturing academy in Detroit, and that's a great place to do.
00:52You know, big things are happening in Michigan and Detroit.
00:56They're coming in because of what we've done with the, I call it the great, big, beautiful bill.
01:01I added one word, great.
01:03But we have probably the biggest, most comprehensive piece of legislation ever passed.
01:11It's going to mean unbelievable numbers of jobs and no jobs.
01:16Think of this, whether it's tips or overtime or Social Security, no tax.
01:22So no tax on tips, no tax on Social Security, no tax on overtime.
01:28And there's just a small bit of it.
01:31For Apple and others' businesses, we're talking about the deductions and all of the things.
01:35And actually, for people, they go out and buy a car, first time it's ever been done.
01:39We talk about deductions for companies, but they're going to be able to deduct interest when they borrow money to buy a car,
01:47if it's made in America, has to be made in America.
01:50So it is amazing.
01:52And one of the reasons I think I can say that Apple's coming here is the legislation we just passed with this kind of investment.
01:59And Apple will also open other facilities, rare earth magnets from Texas and build.
02:08Oh, I love that you're doing this.
02:09I love that.
02:10I love that.
02:11And build a brand new rare earth recycling line in Mountain Pass, California.
02:17I know that area.
02:17That's where they have a lot of truly rare earth.
02:21That's fantastic.
02:22I love that.
02:22And Apple will help develop and manufacture semiconductors and semiconductor equipment in Texas, Utah, Arizona.
