02:03Una, paano daw nasabi ng Korte Suprema na nalabag ang one-year ban nang iakyat ng Kamara sa Senado ang fourth impeachment complaint matapos nilang i-archive ang tatlong naunang complaints?
02:16Malinaw kasi na inunang disisyonan ng House yung fourth complaint bago pa nila dinisisyonan naman yung tatlo pa na complaint.
02:32Paano yun maging bar dun sa pang-apat na complaint?
02:36Inauna lang ang inaksyonan ng House through a plenary vote yung mga apat na complaints.
02:44So yung logic medyo questionable na.
02:49Isa pang tanong, maituturing bang initiated ang tatlong naunang complaint kahit hindi ito na-refer sa isang House committee?
02:57Sabi ni Retard Associate Justice Adolf Ascuna, binago ng kasalukuyang Supreme Court ang naunang interpretasyon na initiated o nasimula ng isang impeachment proceeding kung ito ay na-refer na sa isang committee.
03:11The interpretation we gave in Francisco v. House is the one that was modified in the present case.
03:21Because in the present case, the Supreme Court said that the three complaints were initiated even if they were not referred to the committee
03:30because they were archived and later on with the lapse of the 19th Congress, they were terminated and dismissed.
03:39Sa ibang parte ng SC decision, hinahanapan din ng due process ang Kamara dahil hindi raw pinasagot muna si Vice President Sara bago inakyat sa Senado ang complaint.

03:55When the Supreme Court decision came in, with these new conditions, yung nasabihin ng mga Senado, hindi nag-comply ang House.

04:10Kung anuman daw ang desisyon ng Korte, mahalagang natalaka ito ng komprehensibo at naipaliwanag ng gusto sa publiko.
04:18Hindi nagsagawa ang Supreme Court ng oral arguments.
04:20Sana mayroong oral argument dito sa MR upang mapaliwanag sa ating mga kababayan kung ano talaga ang dahilan na hindi pwede itong kasalupuyang articles at ito ay medyo pumasok dun sa one-year ban.
04:42Bakit? Bakit na ban yan na hindi naman refer sa committee?
04:46Bigyan ang pagkakataon ng House to hear their side in an oral argument kung bakit hindi pa initiated ito by the time they adopted their own complaint.
