00:22it. But data from the Securities and Exchange Commission shows that in San Jose del Monte,
00:25Bulacan, Prime Water's net income soared after it took over water services in the city.
00:30By 2022, four years since the joint venture agreement, Prime Water's net profit breached
00:351 billion pesos. President Ferdinand Marcus Jr., in his fourth State of the Nation address,
00:40vowed to address poor water service in local communities,
00:43with his administration reiterating that those responsible will be held accountable.
