00:00We've been here nearly 14 years and more in other units, so we've seen this area develop
00:07like massively and I think for the better. I think obviously with the influx we've now
00:13just not only got, we've got SWG3, you've got Bandstand, it's just started yesterday as well,
00:19Hydro SEC, it's been great but also I find people are coming to Finnexton as well,
00:23the word's getting out, it's a great location, you've got the park on your doorstep as well.
00:28Absolutely great amount of bars and restaurants in the streets so people can now very much come
00:34and you know come here, try all the different spaces at the Finnexton but also in the area
00:39there's just some fantastic places that you can go and everything's walkable as well so I think
00:45there's the influx from all the events and things like that as well but I think people are generally
00:49just coming in this area to see what it's all about and I don't see it dying down, there's other areas
00:53obviously in Glasgow that are now up and coming but I don't see Finnexton area at all getting any
01:00quieter which is fantastic. So we are obviously primarily a seafood restaurant and at the start
01:08of the year we moved from like a kind of standard starter main course menu to doing small plates
01:15and sharing plates which has really been able to like really show what we can do, it's been fantastic,
01:22really really popular, quite a lot to adapt to but the team's done amazing and we're getting loads of
01:30repeat custom from people that are at big conferences over the week and they're like don't know what to
01:36choose almost so they're coming back and trying different things and it's been a great experience
01:41doing it, it's something that's been fantastic. We also obviously stick to our staples, we've got our
01:48like famous seafood platters for sharing which are just been more popular than ever and also our like
01:56oysters and we've been getting oysters in from different suppliers so we're able to change up our
02:01varietals and things like that so and we're bringing back oyster happy hour on our friday only four till
02:07six so um we're just conscious of being able to keep the quality so friday only to start with but
02:14if i have any more messages about when's it coming back so we've decided that we're gonna we're gonna go
02:19for it for fridays only so um i think drinks wise like we are definitely one of the best cocktail bars
02:26in glasgow without a doubt um and we've been doing a few specials as well which have been really
02:34popular um just doing one-offs also just from our main menu like the martinis here are insane
02:42you know you can just have more than one trust me but um the cocktail list is ever changing as well
02:48as well so that's been great and the team here they've got great creativity and we just kind of
02:54uh let them do their thing
