My name is Tobias Fiegel. I'm from Sydney, Australia.

I've been in Scotland seven, seven and a half years now.

I decided that it'd be cool to travel and live around this country.

So I think I moved to the Isle of Skye originally.

I was living in Denmark for a while.

Moved to the Isle of Skye.

Gorgeous.

It is the pinnacle of just naturalistic beauty

and just being there and surrounded by it.

From Isle of Skye, I moved to Edinburgh.

I worked in Edinburgh for a couple of years and then moved to Aberdeen

and later to Glasgow, where I still am.

There's something about this city. I like this city.

We're at Extraordinary.

XO for short.

And because we're sometimes using that as a name,

definitely have to have XO on the menu.

So homemade XO on a couple of the courses here.

A bit of a fun take on Northeast Asian cooking.

And there's a platform to showcase food that I just like eating.

I mean, yeah, let's make it pretty and let's present it in a nice way.

But it's just food that I want to eat.

Food that I enjoy cooking and making.

And it makes the days in a kitchen, which are quite long, very manageable.
