00:00I'm looking at this first-year experience and kind of the slow start the Bears have gotten off to.

00:06What's a realistic expectation in year one record-wise, in your opinion?

00:13Well, I think anything around 500 would be a good first year.

00:17I mean, if they could get to eight wins, nine wins, I think that would be a good first year.

00:24I mean, no coach wants to hear a number put on it.

00:27And if you ask Ben right now about that, he wouldn't answer that question.

00:32But if you're talking to me on the outside looking in right now, in that division with a team that won 15 games last year in Detroit,

00:40and what Minnesota was able to accomplish in Green Bay three playoff teams,

00:45I think if they could get to eight wins this year or right around that, eight, nine wins,

00:51I think that would be a really good first year for Ben Johnson right now.

00:54Because I don't think this thing is completely in the way that they want to build this football team right now.
