00:00A two-year-old boy died after falling into an open manhole in Cebu.

00:06The toddler, identified as Ethin Ling, was found dead inside a sewer along Jalan Padada

00:11on Monday evening.

00:13According to the Fire and Rescue Department, the boy was reported missing by his father,

00:17who believed he had fallen to the drainage system.

00:21Rescuers launched a search and found the child's body about 30 minutes later.

00:25He was pronounced dead at the scene by health ministry personnel, and his remains were handed

00:29over to the police.
