A boy is feared to have drowned while two of his friends were rescued after an incident at Pantai Puteri, Tanjung Kling, around 6.30pm on Wednesday (Sept 24).

00:15Director of Operations, Senior Fire Superintendent Mohamed Shahram Laji, said an emergency call was
00:21received from the public at 6.33 p.m. and a rescue team was immediately dispatched to the scene.
00:27He said that upon arrival, two victims had already been rescued by members of the public
00:33while another remained missing and is believed to have drowned.
00:37A search and rescue operation was promptly launched with assistance from the department's
00:41Water Rescue Team, PPDA. The identity of the missing victim has yet to be established and operations are ongoing.
