00:04:01Bret the Hitman Hart showed his true colors by totally betraying Sting last Monday on Nitro, Tony.
00:04:07He had us all fooled.
00:04:08We go back now to September 14th right here on this program.
00:04:11A day after War Games.
00:04:13A day after Fall Brawl.
00:04:14He asked for forgiveness.
00:04:16And even Roddy Piper believed it.
00:04:18Here's what happened.
00:04:19But no, he still can't.

00:06:08Well, Tony, we certainly bought into it, hook, line, and sinker.

00:06:13We fell into the trap laid by Bret Hart.
00:06:15Bret Hart and Hollywood Hogan were a tag team.
00:06:18And here's what happened when Hogan attempted to whip Sting with his leather belt.
00:06:22He's used his belt many times, living legend.
00:06:33And as he slapped Sting with it, the most shocking thing that happened here
00:06:37was that Bret Hart took it away from him.
00:06:40This led to a countout as Bret Hart and Hollywood Hogan lost the match that night.
00:06:44But that has also led to the illusion that, you know, sucked Sting into it right here.
00:06:49Nobody thought that Bret Hart was still loyal to the New World Order,
00:06:54but we all found out the sour reality of the whole situation.

00:19:13So he does have the background
00:19:15and the athletic ability to back up his claims.
00:19:19No one's denied that, Mike,
00:19:20that he is probably pound for pound
00:19:23one of the finest athletes ever to step in a ring.
00:19:25I think what has us all taken a step back
00:19:28and really wondering at the fact that this attitude changed.
00:19:31You know, sometimes wrestlers have a subtle attitude change.
00:19:34You can see it coming.
00:19:35This was stark.
00:19:36This was such a day and night.
00:19:38All of a sudden, one day,
00:19:39it's almost as if he hit his head
00:19:40and became another man.
00:19:42I think he combined that with the lack of respect
00:19:44that he seemingly has for professional wrestling.
00:19:47Larry, I know that rings true with you.
00:19:48He talks about karate being the superior sport.
00:19:52Well, he's not accurate there.
00:19:55The cat, obviously frustrated,
00:19:56had a hard time,
00:19:57couldn't compete with the submission mad wrestlers,
00:20:00and he went right back to his old discipline,
00:20:03which was the martial arts.
00:20:04The martial arts aren't bad,
00:20:06but one-on-one against a great submission wrestler,
00:20:09you don't have a chance.
00:20:10Cat right here did come out on top
00:20:12in the aggressive department.
00:20:14He got nasty, he got aggressive, he got mean.
00:20:17That's what you need,
00:20:17but you've got to be in control of your emotions,
00:20:20and the cat is losing control.

00:21:28and maybe an ill-obized move by the young man
