01:28Blue Sage, as some of you may know, has been a pioneer in the mortgage technology space for about 15 years now.
01:34As a matter of fact, we've created the highest-rated combined POS-LOS in the industry to ensure no data loss between those two applications,
01:43as the loan moves throughout the entire loan lifecycle.
01:46We also have products such as the LO portal and LO mobile to ensure loan officers are productive on the go, whether in the branch or out in the field.
01:55And with the introduction of AI, there's numerous places, as we all know, that AI can help both sales folks and operations folks all the way throughout the entire little lifecycle.
02:05As a matter of fact, we've been working on AI models for over two years now with clients to do decisioning for portfolio products.
02:13And our clients use AI on a daily basis with our doc manager to go in and do automated clearing of conditions using data extraction and automated document classification.
02:24And we can easily replace those models as they get better and better.
02:28So, as you mentioned, to further enhance the productivity of MLOs, we're excited to introduce the Blue Sage AI Sales Agent.
02:37This product is an agentic voice and text-enabled assistant built into our fully cloud-based API-first digital lending platform.
02:46And it augments those LO portal and LO mobile applications I mentioned earlier.
02:50So, it really just streamlines how loan officers work using natural language to create contacts, retrieval and information, run borrower scenarios, and do emails instantly using a variety of data sources and AI models.
03:05So, I'd like to just go ahead and take a look at a couple highlights of the AI Sales Agent, if that works for everyone.
03:16Let me log in here.
03:17So, the idea is that this can actually sit on top of any of our products.
03:23In this case, we're actually looking at the loan officer portal.
03:26So, I'm going to log in as a loan officer.
03:29And once I log in, you can see that much like ChatGPT, which everybody's familiar with, it actually gives us a couple, you know, prompts to say, hey, what do you want to do?
03:41So, in this case, let's say I want to create a new lead, right?
03:45So, I can either copy something in via text, and we'll see that in an action in a second, or I can actually just start recording, right?
03:54In this case, I'd like to create a new lead.
03:56So, if we actually go in and let it process that information.
04:01Oops.
04:01See, I started talking a little too fast.
04:03We might want to edit that.
04:07Let's create a new lead.
04:08So, much like ChatGPT, it goes out, it actually queries the models, comes back with what we need to actually create that new lead.
04:22His name is Fred Bolden, and he lives at 1012 Halcyon Avenue, Nashville, Tennessee, 37204 in Davidson County.
04:31His email address is fred.bolden at gmail.com.
04:35Some additional notes, he's looking for a new house in the same 12th South neighborhood between 3,500 and 4,000 square feet with four bedrooms and three baths.
04:44So, once the AI agent actually has that information, it can go through and interact with all of our products, including, in this case, Loan Officer Portal with our mini CRM, and create that contact on the fly.
05:02So, the idea is that if I've lost anything or I've actually forgotten anything out, then it'll actually ask me to clarify that information.
05:14I could either say that with voice, or I could actually just type in that information through the agent here.
05:27Okay.
05:27So, once that information is processed, then you can see I forgot his phone number, so it'll actually ask me that information as well.
05:41And once that information is captured, so it's very dynamic in that depending on what the loan officer provides, it'll actually request information for them to go ahead and complete that particular process.
05:57So, now, if we flip over to the loan officer portal here and log in, then you can see that here's our Fred Bolden contact, and that is available for the loan officer to use to take applications, do scenarios, et cetera.
06:14Very simple.
06:17Additionally, I can not only see just that one contact, but if I wanted to see all my contacts, please show me all my contacts.
06:27It'll actually go out and query our CRM to return that information for that particular inquiry.
06:38So, again, these are the last five contacts I've created, and, again, it provides us all details from those particular items.
06:46Additionally, if any of the borrowers want what we call a quote, I can provide a little bit of information, what's the purchase estimate for a single family, what their monthly income is, the monthly debt.
07:01And, again, the biggest thing, the biggest change with the sales agent, AI sales agent, is that the loan officer doesn't have to actually go to any screens to do any of this.
07:12It's just all natural language.
07:13So, you can see it captures that.
07:15It goes out to one of the models, does an estimated insurance rate, annual property taxes, and then it says, hey, what's that rate that you want to use for this particular generation?
07:27So, based on that information, it'll actually go out and do what we call a quick quote or a scenario.
07:33And you can see that it takes all of those inputs, runs it through the processing engine, the fee engine, and gives us three different options, right?
07:43Along the same vein, let's say that a borrower goes in and requests a specific quote from the loan officer.
07:50So, again, all of the loan officer has to do is basically capture that information, copy and paste that into the sales AI assistant, and it'll go out and return what we call full quote options based on a little bit more information, right?
08:09So, we've captured the income, the monthly debts, the zip code, what kind of rate lock they're looking for, the loan amount.
08:17So, what it's doing now is it's actually calling our pricing engine, our fee engine, and a number of other sources, guidelines to go in and determine what's available for that particular scenario.
08:34Okay.
08:35So, much like ChatGPT, it takes a second to actually aggregate all of the information together, and then it'll return some of the options for us.
08:44So, you can see in this particular case, not only does it return just the rate and the APR, which is a true APR, since it's actually going out and getting all of the recorded fees for each one of these options,
08:57we can also look at details, and we can provide closest to par, lowest cost, lowest rate options.
09:03And, again, the idea is that this is all through the agentic sales agent AI.
09:08Not only can we go out and do quotes and options, let's say that I wanted to understand what's going on with a specific loan.
09:19So, I can go in and say, show me the details for a specific loan.
09:23It'll return all of that information to me at my fingertips.
09:26And you can see that not only does it have the loan purpose and the DU decision and the estimated settlement date, but also the status, et cetera.
09:38Now, we can – the other thing that we can do is email this information to anyone, so the loan officer could actually email it to himself or herself with all of that information,
09:50so they have that handy whenever they go in and are talking to a particular borrower.
09:57So, now, if we flip back over to our email here, you can see that we actually have that information for that particular contact.
10:09If we flip back over, a couple other things.
10:11We can go in and we can query about really anything on this loan, the status, the closing cost, you name it.
10:18All of that's available to be, you know, to be queried on that particular loan at any time, okay?
10:29Again, if we forget to put in that particular loan ID, it'll actually ask us for that information and return that information very easily, okay?
10:42Not only can it look for specific details on specific loans, it'll also provide us aggregated information across all loans.
10:53So, if I wanted to say, what is the status for the last five loans I originated or the statuses for the last five loans I originated, again, I can either do this through voice or text.
11:06And it'll actually go out and find all of the – those loans and provide what we call cards or title view for each one of those items.
11:15Again, very, very simple.
11:19So, again, we not only display the information for that particular borrower, the loan number, the status, what program, the settlement date, the rate lock expiration date, that's all available there as well.
11:32Same thing, just like we did on the per loan basis, we could actually email this to myself so I can have that handy as I'm actually going out in the field today.
11:41We can even get very, very granular on what kind of information that I want to see.
11:50So, if I wanted to actually see all of my loans that are in what we call a certain alert status or, in this case, FEMA disaster areas,
11:59we really have – sky's the limit within the Blue Sage platform to provide the loan officer on the go, on the fly,
12:06anything about any of his or her loans through a simple chat window, right?
12:14And then, lastly, one of the other things – so, it's not only just looking at contacts and looking at specific loan information
12:22and looking at statuses for loans.
12:25We have the ability, since this is using a number of different AI models, that I can go in and I can actually –
12:33you know, let's say I was a new loan officer and I needed to understand differences between programs,
12:37whether they're specific lender programs or standard programs that are offered across the GSEs.
12:45What are the main differences between an FHA 2 or 3K and a Fannie Mae Home Style Renovation Program?
12:52So, at this point, again, since we're using AI, it will actually go out and aggregate all of the key differences
13:01and display that to a loan officer.
13:03So, instead of actually going through training manuals, going through online help, you name it,
13:09all of that information is right there at their fingertips so they can actually get that, you know,
13:14before they go in and consult the borrower at Starbucks.
13:17Okay, so those just give you a few highlights of what the BlueSage AI Assistant does
13:23and look forward to hearing feedback from everybody.
13:28Joey, that was a great look at BlueSage's AI sales agent and what the platform is bringing to the table
13:36and how the technology streamlines the lending process by seemingly increasing productivity,
13:42reducing response times, and improving borrower engagement.
13:45Let's dig a little bit more into the platform with some questions.
13:50Sure.
13:51What specific challenges does the loan officer experience that led to you to develop this AI sales agent?
14:02So, in talking to a number of our customers and prospects, actually,
14:08we were finding loan officers were spending way too much time navigating menus,
14:12entering data manually, et cetera.
14:15So, we wanted to create something that was very easy and intuitive for them to use, right?
14:21Kind of like, you know, I always think about when the iPad came out, right?
14:24Whether you were eight or 80 years old, you could just use it without going through any kind of training.
14:29So, I think that's really kind of what we've focused on.
14:32So, that's one of the main drivers of us generating the BlueSage AI assistant.
14:40Now, you just mentioned ease of use.
14:43How does voice and text-enabled AI improve daily workflows when you compare it to traditional digital tools?
14:50Yeah.
14:52Well, I think, you know, we're all used to logging into applications, you know,
14:57clicking to a specific screen, you know, entering data, et cetera.
15:00So, it basically removes the need for all those drop-downs, menus, you know, inputting data in specific fields.
15:07It's really just through natural language.
15:09And we let AI do the heavy lifting.
15:11It's just like talking to a prospect or, you know, a fellow sales professional,
15:15whether voice or text, just like we did copying from that email earlier,
15:20just let AI do all the heavy lifting.
15:22And you can actually move on and be more productive in getting more leads and assisting your borrowers.
15:29I love that shift to being able to focus on getting to more borrowers, building your lead funnel.
15:35So, I have to ask you, how do you see AI evolving across the BlueSage platform?
15:40And what can lenders expect next?
15:44Yeah.
15:44Well, you know, as we hear AI every day and all of our lives, right?
15:49So, I think, you know, what we're seeing is AI is continuing to move deeper into the loan lifecycle,
15:56you know, pricing, conditions, disclosures, underwriting.
16:00So, you know, even, you know, voice-activated agents, you know, whether it's a loan officer or a borrower.
16:06As a matter of fact, we've actually created an AI agent for our consumer-facing POS
16:11to assist borrowers through their online journey.
16:13So, we're going to continue to look at AI, where it can help customers
16:19and ultimately help borrowers actually close loan fasters and be a lot more productive.
