00:04And how did he sort of hit the ground running and connect with the guys?
00:07Yeah, he's been a guy that's just been on our radar screen.
00:11You always have kind of lists running of if you have to hire this position at any point
00:19for whatever reason, that these are some guys to keep an eye on.
00:22So I've been aware of him.
00:24We interviewed, we talked to a lot of people
00:27just because we felt like we were going to be able to get somebody really good.
00:31And we had a lot of guys, both in the NFL and college, that wanted this job bad.
00:37You would actually be surprised by some of the names probably.
00:40But as we kept going through it and got deeper into interviews,
00:44it was just something about him, his mentality, how he sees not only training
00:51but just kind of helping to build the most disciplined unit that he possibly can
00:57that just kind of captivated us and felt like he was the right guy.
01:02And he just kind of kept separating himself, honestly.
01:05And then what was cool about True was we had an initial phone call
01:09and then two different virtual calls.
01:12And then he was good on the phone call.
01:15He was better on the next virtual call.
01:17He was better on the next virtual call.
01:19And then in person, he was way better than that.
01:21And he just, he's got a really unique, which I think is pretty hard to find.
01:28He's very demanding, very, very demanding.
01:32But he's got a great, he does it in a very tasteful way,
01:35a very genuine way about it.
01:36And it's a cool balance that he has that I think our guys,
01:42it did not take long for everybody in our locker room to respect him
01:45and what he's here to do.
