00:22What are we seeing here?
00:23You know, last night we saw an under.
00:25If I remember correctly, he was, what, 72 last night.
00:27Diamondbacks come away with the win.
00:29And, you know, a part of me wants to back the Athletics today.
00:32And a part of me is interested in going to Perkins' strikeouts.
00:37So he has, what is it, 19 innings pitched, 19.2 innings to be specific, pitched this season.
00:45Unknown from him really what it comes down to, 24.7% strikeout rate.
00:48However, this year during the minors, he had a 38.4% strikeout rate, which is unbelievable.
00:55So, with the Diamondbacks struggling as they are right now, I'm seeing minus 108 on both sides of the money line for this game.
01:02Give me the Athletics.
01:03And, yes, this is a, we could play a first five because, oh, Mason Miller was traded for the Athletics.
01:08So their back and bullpen is factually weaker than it was a week ago.
01:12Maybe you just want to play the Athletics' first five instead of the full money line.
01:15But I think the Diamondbacks' bullpen is atrocious.
01:18So I actually want exposure to either the first five or the full game.
01:22You're looking at this game, too, because, you know, Perkins doesn't have a lot of innings that he's pitched here.
01:26Neither one of these pitchers has, you know, fantastic statistics.
01:28But also understand this.
01:30It's 88-degree temperatures in that ballpark, but there is a wind blowing in at eight miles per hour.
01:34And Tom will tell you as well as I will.
01:35It's not like a Major League Baseball scene of, hey, eight winds blowing in where there's no structures in the outfit to sort of, like, limit that damage.
01:42It's going to blow in and out.
01:43So maybe that eight miles an hour does affect it.
01:44But just looking at the pitchers, going up against right-handed pitching for the Diamondbacks last month, doesn't look very good today.
01:50Then you swing it over to the Athletics, and it's like, okay, they're going to face a lefty who's not very good.
01:54There are statistics outside of Langoliers and Nick Kurtz.
01:56They're not very good either.
01:58High numbers.
01:59You need 11 runs to cash it.
02:00But also looking at two baseball teams, probably done for the season.
02:03Bullpens, not very good.
02:05Mason, hey, look at this, Tom.
02:06Five to four game in the ninth.
02:07Oh, Mason Miller's going to shut it down.
02:08That's not the case.

02:13So certainly some different ways to approach that here in that environment.

02:19I just don't like the lineups here that they're presenting themselves today out there in Sacramento.
02:23Just fading the ballpark, fading these pitchers, you'll get what you get today.
