00:06going to get from Arizona. Merrill Kelly is on the mound. They just lost one of their
00:11two or three most important players, certainly there, and Marte on the non-restricted list.
00:20He's not getting paid. He's not with the team. They get crushed last night, 11-1. They got
00:25Ranger Suarez to go up against here today without one of their best hitters. It just feels like this
00:32game, another one of these games that could get out of hand in a hurry and could get away from
00:38Arizona if they're not really careful. The question is, do we trust Merrill Kelly to keep this game
00:43close enough in the middle to later part of the innings? And I don't know that we can.
00:49Yeah, that's the hard part of it tonight, although I don't think as many runs will come in tonight.
00:54And I think Arizona without Marte, their lineup changes significantly. If you look at their
01:00lineup tonight, Vargas, Carroll, Moreno, Perdomo, okay, that's fine. But then after that, it's
01:09Tawa, Lawler, McCann, Fernandez, and Waldschmidt. That's not a good back end of a lineup for Arizona.
01:18So I see Boston is looking at the board here at minus 166. Vibes will not be good right now

01:27the Diamondbacks, that is for sure. And I'm a little concerned about that now with losing Marte.
01:34It's really not a player that they could afford to lose because they're very thin as far as that is
01:38concerned. And by the way, Arenado, I don't see in the lineup either tonight for the Diamondbacks.
01:43So yeah, probably favor Boston tonight, but you know, not never going to lay a minus 166. So maybe
01:49it's a run and a half just to make it work. I can't take the Diamondbacks tonight, Joe, after what

01:55last night and also this lineup missing a couple of key guys for them today. And that's, that's
02:00unfortunate for them because now the Diamondbacks may have to do some scoreboard watching. They're
02:04going to be rooting very hard tonight for the Mets.
02:06Yeah. Yeah. Merrill Kelly has been, uh, listen, he's a gamer. He's had a horrible start to the
02:13season. He's just wasn't miss. He's still not missing many bats. So he's pitching to contact,
02:19which is always a bit dangerous. Yeah. Ranger Suarez though has been, uh, has been pretty good.
02:25Certainly, uh, over the last month of the season for the Red Sox, it feels like this is another one
02:31where I'll split it in half. Uh, and I will 11 one. It's not like the bullpens got overworked last
02:37night, uh, in that matchup there. So likely going to be, who do you trust? Ranger Suarez and Merrill
02:44Kelly likely Suarez in the first five is the way I would look at that game there.
