Malaysia is committed to purchasing an additional 30 Boeing aircraft in the second phase of its engagement with the United States, said Investment, Trade and Industry Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz.

Speaking at a special press conference on Friday (Aug 1) following the US tariff announcement, Zafrul said the purchase forms part of reciprocal negotiations aimed at addressing the trade imbalance between both countries.
