00:00Peaches go in. Peaches go in. I chopped mine up. I have this jello right here. And take a little bit of your jello that's already mixed. More fast. Yep. Wow. And fill pretty much to the top. Okay. You see those peaches? Some of them are starting to float. Some of them float, which will be really cool when it freezes.
00:23Take a little bit of cranberry. I want you to also pay attention to these colors that I'm using. The cranberries float, which is amazing because it creates this beautiful layer when it reveals. Yeah, it gives like this top surface. Yes, exactly. And then the peaches are in the middle. So you're using a combination of things that float and things that sink here. That's correct.
00:49So we take this out of the fridge here. We're going to see this kind of cool floating fruit thing, huh? Yep. And you want to get the marshmallows wet? I'm going to get the marshmallows in like that. So you don't want them to stay dry? Well, I want them to mix. Right. Marshmallows are one of the floaties also? Yes, exactly. So just take your spoon and go like this.
01:19What does that make? Holiday dessert. Holiday dessert. Holiday colors. And then we do have our peaches, which are yellow.
01:26I guess that you could consider that a holiday color because it's like the star. Yeah. The gold star on top of the tree.
01:32And also the shape of this little, is this a Bundt cake thing? This is a Bundt cake. Yeah. All right. We're going to make a little Jell-O Bundt cake. Could you grab that fridge door for me?
01:41Yeah. We're going to go to the fridge. We're going to the fridge. Here we go. Look at all this. Got a nice little spot for it right there.
01:52Mm-hmm. Now I'm going to leave this overnight. So I will check in with you tomorrow morning. Correct.
01:57Okay. It's the next morning. There it is. Oh, boy. All right. It feels pretty firm. Here it is. There she is. Okay. You ready for this? My holiday dessert.
02:12So all the marshmallows stayed on top. The cranberries stayed on top. I want to see what it looks like when it comes out. Got like kind of green hue. Yeah. Okay. You ready? Yep.
02:21Oh gosh. Careful with this part. That makes me nervous. I know. This part makes me nervous too. But that's all right. Ready? I just got to do it fast.
02:27Yep. One, two, three. Okay. Ooh, how'd that little guy get on there? Yeah, that's snuck in there. Okay. All right. So the Jell-O should have this leaf pattern, huh?
02:36Yes, it should. So let's wiggle, wiggle. Mm-hmm. Flex it. Flex it. Yep. I want to see how close the Jell-O is to looking like this. Plus it has all those things floating in it too. All the peaches and everything, huh?
02:48Don't forget about the peaches. There's going to be floating things everywhere in here. See a little? Yep. Peel, peel, peel.
02:55Get it separated without destroying the Jell-O. You don't want to rip the Jell-O. Is it working? Oh, I see it. Yeah, it's coming out. It's coming out.
03:04Do take your time with this part because you've come so far. You don't want to ruin the whole desert.
03:08You've come so far. Yeah. So many times, especially with Jell-O. If it was like a firm cake in there, you could be a bit more aggressive.
03:14But with Jell-O, you know, you can really destroy it quite easily. So you got to kind of, there we go.
03:20Yes. Now give a little bit of pressure up here as well to make sure that that part, you don't want that sticking, right?

03:28Yep. Shake it. You feel a little bit stuck on there on top?

03:33Okay. And, all right, we didn't get, we didn't get the pattern, but you know what? This looks like a freaking Christmas wreath.
