00:00this goes right inside the cake like that now this covers up our Barbie right
00:10like that and watch ready this happens very quickly I'm gonna start to add some
00:15purple icing around her the reason I'm starting with purple that matches her
00:19dress perfectly okay a few sprinkles in here and then we're lifting this thing
00:22up ready do sprinkles a little bit more icing and now let's lift this thing up
00:28so I'm gonna lift it straight up in a motion and as I do that you will see
00:32it's really really beautiful the way the icing is gonna form a ball gown so if
00:36you can imagine as I lift this up all this icing gonna dump out along the cake
00:40like that forming a little ball gown go one two three and a lift like that and
00:46all this icing forms a beautiful Barbie ball gown so I'm gonna start with a
00:50little twist that's all the icing you need if you wanted to add more you always
00:55come and pull more sprinkles in here on top but basically we have three levels
00:58of cake here we have three colors of icing so each color of icing gets its own
01:02layer of cake now you do want to keep Barbie straight during this you want to
01:05keep her pointing straight up during this because all that icing as I look at is
01:09gonna just dump along the cake and still have a marbly cool icing ball gown I
01:14don't want to destroy the top of the cake so I do have to be a bit mindful of
01:17that wiggle wiggle wiggle you'll see this I'm just loosening up the top of the cake
01:21right here if it does get a little bit stuck on the cake right here you can
01:24always just separate that with the fork all right we're good to go let's do it
01:30okay so here we go twisting and lifting lifting and twisting you will notice
01:35there's a lot of sprinkles between each layer those sprinkles give us a nice
01:38beautiful trim along the edge of each layer of cake so we have a ball gown of
01:43Barbie beautiful of a beautiful doll ball gown of a cake made out of icing with the
01:48trim of the icing almost like little garter on a on a dress can be absolutely
01:54beautiful the twist breaks to see all the icing and then I'm gonna give a lift
01:58straight up okay so I'm gonna break the seal the icing so that we don't ruin the
02:01top of the cake here as I lift I could just yank this up right now without
02:04destroying the top of the cake so instead I'm gonna spend just five
02:07seconds pulling this out because the whole point is we want to make the cake
02:10beautiful and spectacular we don't want to ruin the top of the cake this is all
02:14just food color dyed icing in here you can do this at home and you can see it's
02:18beginning to get the perfect consistency so let's lift this thing right now so
02:22honestly yes there's a little bit different layer sprinkles here doesn't
02:26matter at all the cool thing about an icing tub like this is it always looks
02:29cool matter what you do and you'll see that right now as soon as I lift this
02:32thing up it looks absolutely beautiful it's hard to screw this up that's why I
02:36say if you're doing this at a party don't do this back in the kitchen by
02:39yourself bring this out to your guests put this on the table in front of the
02:42party have them pour their favorite colors in they can choose the colors you put
02:47them in here you lift it up it just happens like magic you cannot screw this thing up it's
02:52so easy to do and it's so beautiful when it happens this really is a game
02:57changer for the party okay this is the show-stopping moment this is what we've
03:01all been waiting for thank you guys for your patience time to lift this thing up
03:05okay okay thank you start to see the purple coming out along the edges okay so I
03:09need to lift this very quickly now because the purple is starting to leak
03:12out around the edges so let's go ahead and just wiggle wiggle wiggle three layers of
03:16icing three layers of cake each icing layer gets its own layer of cake and the
03:21sprinkles form a nice trim between each layer it's perfect timing for it she's
03:26wearing a purple dress that's why I began with purple and then the blue and
03:29the green that those are just nice contrasting colors here we go ladies and
03:32gentlemen look at this okay I'm starting to leak some out the front you'll see the
03:37marbleization of these colors start to happen okay I'm gonna let a bit more
03:40leak out we've cleared the top of the cake so you can see it's starting to leak
03:43okay I need to lift it right now because we cannot wait any longer it has to
03:47happen right now because the icing is beginning to leak but the reason I'm
03:50letting you see this for just a moment before I lift it is I want you to see the
03:53marbleization of all these colors how beautiful is that that happens because
03:58the icing is at the perfect temperature if you let it dry too much it won't do
04:01that we don't let it dry so let's lift it right now okay look at how
04:04beautiful this is you can start to visualize how this Barbie dress is gonna
04:07look as it velvets down the sides of this cake let some more out and then here
04:12comes the fast lift ready one two yes there's the next bubble there's the next
04:18bubble watch it as soon as this finger drip happens here I'm gonna give you a
04:23slow-mo look at this and then let's do the fast part okay here comes the fast
04:26part ready five four three two one I'm lifting this up guys here we go we're
04:35breaking it loose right now yes watch as it oozes out a slight rocking this is the
04:41part that people love pressure on the for pressure on the on the doll's head lifting
04:45with the hands like this and watch as it comes out quickly okay oh okay you can
04:51see it it's flooding the flood is happening here come the sprinkles there's

05:05way I'm gonna clear the Barbie's head with it this is it guys this is the moment I'm
05:10gonna remove this from here and now watch ready as this spreads out I give a
05:14little bit of assistance with the fork and this is the coolest part of the
05:17whole thing watch I have a little spread a little spread a little spread look at
05:22this ball gown that Barbie now has it's spectacularly beautiful you can use more
