00:00This is a very ambitious project. It's probably now the biggest private
00:04development in the world with ambition to build 25 million meters in total of
00:09which we've only built 10 percent I think two main things inspired me. My
00:19father who was always an inspiration of a successful entrepreneur and I always
00:24wanted to live up to the image so as education I've chosen to study business
00:28and finance and Elvis Presley who inspired me to become a musician. I'm a big
00:33fan.
00:38One of my projects is starting tomorrow which is Dreamfest which is one of the
00:42biggest festivals with over a hundred artists performing. Without the music I
00:52don't think I could have done what I've done in terms of business because it
00:54gives me another side to life touring and meeting the fans and
00:57performing or writing music or recording music. I really enjoy the process and it
01:02puts me in a completely different stage when I do that. Not business minded where
01:09you have numbers and meetings and obligations. Music gives you freedom.
01:14I think this project is so unique and cool like a new resort Eco City that you can take it anywhere in the world and I think this is the most exciting part of the project now is to to take it global.
01:28I have over 7,000 people working for me here at Seabreeze with me and all of them 99% of them are locals so the work ethics in Azerbaijan is very high and in terms of you know construction or my
01:32construction guys are locals and it's really easier for me to work with the locals rather than with the foreigners simply for the mentality aspects.
01:50Those that work with me at Seabreeze are happy to work for this project because it evolves, it changes, it grows. I think Seabreeze had played a big role in the past few years in terms of awareness of Azerbaijan, of the country wanting to come visit here and just noticing it on the map.
01:57And with the iconic projects that we are trying to create here we kind of chose similar path that Dubai has done 25 years ago when they build Burj Arib, then there is the Burj Khalifa and then there is the Palm Island, Palm Island Two.

02:14I think Seabreeze has played a big role in after the past few years in terms of awareness of Azerbaijan, of the country, wanting to come visit here and just noticing it on the map.
02:22With the iconic projects that we're trying to create here we kind of chose a similar path that Dubai has done 25 years ago.
02:27It makes people want to visit the country, firstly for the tourism purposes, to see all
02:33those exciting projects.
02:34And I think we can replicate that in many ways in Azerbaijan here, considering it's
02:38a very small country, under 10 million, but I think that tourist potential for the region
02:43is endless.
02:44Believe in what you do, even if nobody around believes in you, and continue working every
02:51day, brick by brick, building your dreams, and that's, I think, key to success.
