00:00This is a very ambitious project it's probably now the biggest private development in the world
00:06With ambition to build 25 million meters in total of which we've only built 10 percent
00:17I think two main things inspired me. My father who was always an inspiration of a successful entrepreneur
00:23And I always wanted to live up to the image so as education I've chosen to study business and finance
00:29i Elvis Presley, który inspirował mnie to become a musician.
00:33I'm a big fan.
00:39One of my projects is starting tomorrow,
00:41which is Dreamfest,
00:42which is one of the biggest festivals
00:44with over 100 artists performing.
00:51Without the music,
00:52I don't think I could have done
00:53what I've done in terms of business
00:54because it gives me another side to life,
00:56touring and meeting the fans
00:58performing or writing music or recording music.
01:00I really enjoy the process
01:02and it puts me in a completely different stage
01:06when I do that,
01:07not business-minded
01:09where you have numbers and meetings
01:11and obligations.
01:12Music gives you freedom.
01:18I think this project is so unique and cool,
01:20like a new resort, Echo City,
01:22that you can take it anywhere in the world
01:24and I think this is the most exciting part
01:26of the project now,
01:27is to take it global.
01:29I have over 7,000 people working for me
01:31here at Seabreeze with me
01:32and all of them,
01:3499% of them,
01:36are locals.
01:37So the work ethics in Azerbaijan
01:39is very high
01:40and in terms of construction,
01:42all my construction guys are locals
01:45and it's really easier for me
01:47to work with the locals
01:48rather than with the foreigners
01:50simply for the mentality aspects.
01:52Those that work with me at Seabreeze
01:54are happy to work for this project
01:56because it evolves,
01:57it changes,
01:58it grows.
01:59I think Seabreeze had played a big role
02:01in the past few years
02:03in terms of awareness of Azerbaijan,
02:06of the country,
02:07wanting to come visit here
02:09and just noticing it on the map.
02:11And with the iconic projects
02:13that we're trying to create here,
02:14we kind of chose the similar path
02:16that Dubai has done 25 years ago
02:18when we built the Burj Arab,
02:20then there's the Burj Khalifa,
02:21then there's the Palm Island 1,
02:24Palm Island 2.
02:26It makes people want to visit the country
02:28firstly for the tourism purposes
02:31to see all those exciting projects.
02:33And I think we can replicate that
02:35in many ways in Azerbaijan here
02:37considering it's a very small country
02:39under 10 million.
02:40But I think that tourist potential
02:42for the region is endless.
02:44Believe in what you do,
02:45even if nobody around believes in you.
02:48And, you know,
02:49continue working every day,
02:51brick by brick,
02:52building your dreams.
02:53And that's, I think,
02:54key to success.
