00:00my own fault i always look at my losses my defeats as my personal fault and all i had to do
00:07just work more just go back to the table to the chess set and get better uh very often
00:16actually it's probably more often uh than not winning next day i won next day because
00:24i i got really angry with myself and i could channel this anger into
00:33productive energy to um achieve the result achieve uh uh
00:44positive result um
00:48in the matches it was different because match is a long event we have
00:53one opponent for many games the world championship match but still if i recall my famous match with
01:02lucia annand in 1995 after losing game nine i had a winning streak um in the next uh five games i won
01:11four uh so we have eight draws in a row and i lost game nine and then it was all me um
01:24how i did it it's probably part of this same challenge
01:29make the difference you lose the game you have to remember that it's your fault and
01:38um you just have to
01:42recover your confidence it's about
01:46looking in the mirror and saying look next day you should do better you lose the game
01:51you it's well humans you cannot uh take it aside so you still think about it it's uh you cannot make this
01:59game
