14:53This female suspect, Natalia, was cited for driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with
14:58alcohol level over .08, endangering the life of a child, obstructing justice, illegal
15:03transportation of alcohol, improper lane usage, and failure to signal lane change.
15:07Her brother Sergei was charged with two counts of aggravated battery to a police officer,
15:11disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.
15:13They are innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
