00:00way is to fund the government.
00:03Thank you so much, sir.
00:04You have a situation now where the
00:06president says the images coming out of Gaza
00:08are bad. He's thinking about
00:10opening food centers there. You have a Republican
00:11Marjorie Taylor Greene calling it a
00:13genocide. You have American support
00:16for Benjamin Netanyahu slipping.
00:18What do you say? Well, I think
00:19that I share the president's view. I think
00:21that you, the humanitarian thing, obviously,
00:24when you see people hurting
00:25in a need like that is to want to
00:28help meet that
00:30need and alleviate
00:32that pain. And so I
00:34think our government and I think other governments
00:36around the world, other nations, are very interested in
00:38doing what they can to make sure that people
00:39who, through no fault of their own,
00:42are being harmed by
00:44what's happening there. But you've got to understand
00:46too that when you've got a terrorist group like
00:48Hamas operating in that region, they're going to
00:50intercept and divert a lot of that food aid that's
00:52going in there. And I think that's the challenge that
00:54the Israelis have. That's the challenge
00:56that we have and other nations around the world
00:58who are trying to step in and help. But I don't
01:00think, I think all of us
01:02want to see, obviously,
01:04a peaceful solution there that gets
01:06the hostages freed and
01:08ends the reign and rule
01:10of Hamas in the region. But
01:12in the meantime, do everything we can to
01:14ease the pain
01:15and the hunger that's afflicting
01:17so many of the people in that
01:19region of the world.
