00:46And the New York public schools publish a monthly newsletter.
00:59It's called, let's see, what's it called?
01:05Office of Student Pathways Newsletter.
01:09Every month, the public school system in New York City census newsletter, they blasted out to teachers, they blasted out to parents, not just in New York City, but all across the country.
01:27And in the latest newsletter, they blasted out, they had one of those bullet points that they made in the newsletter that's kind of, when you look at it on the Internet, it's kind of pale blue.
01:41You can click on it, you can click on it, and it sends you to another site.
01:46The bullet point on the newsletter that the public schools in New York sent out was called, quote, guidelines for teaching about genocide.

02:04And if you clicked on this phrase in the newsletter, it sent you to another site.
02:14And you know what the site was?

02:29The administration of the New York Public Schools, largest in the country, is sending this out to its teachers and its students and to the world.
02:45If you take a look and you say, what's in this toolkit?

02:53It contains the biggest bunch of anti-Semitic rot you can imagine.
03:07The toolkit, among other things, it breaks down how to mobilize pro-Palestinian campaigns on social media.
03:18It tells you, tells our students and our teachers how to boycott and encourage divestment from pro-Israel organizations.
03:32It encourages readers to print out Palestine yard signs and calls our kids and our parents to action.
03:45Now, the head of the public schools in New York was embarrassed once people started going, what's going on?
03:58Why are you publishing this anti-systemic rot accusing Israel of genocide?
04:10After it was Israel that was attacked.
04:14After it was Hamas that started the war.
04:19And the chancellor, Ms. Melissa Aviles Ramos, said it was just a troubling oversight.

04:32But then the article goes on to say that it's been discovered that a similar version of the toolkit, this oversight,
04:48was published in the newsletter in the prior month.
04:53It was in the October, November, 2024 newsletter.
04:58And that document called on all the teachers and all the students in the New York public schools
05:08and everybody else reading the newsletter, called on them to participate in, quote, rage week
05:15and, quote, resist genocide by mobilizing on Saturday, October 5th for a day of action
05:25ahead of the anniversary of Hamas on October 7th, 2023.
05:33That was the day that the terrorists attacked on Israel,
05:36which apparently the administration of the public schools wants to celebrate.
05:41Here's what one of the teachers in the public school system said when she discovered this.

06:32Now we find out recently that New York state education officials
06:37have rejected President Trump's administration's demand to do away with certain diversity, equity,
06:45and inclusion efforts that call for quotas, racial quotas,
06:51which are illegal in the United States of America under recent Supreme Court precedent.
06:57These state officials wrote President Trump, and this is what they said.
07:07There are no state or federal laws prohibiting the principles of DEI.
07:13I don't understand that.
07:18Racial quotas are illegal.
07:21You can't use race in America, according to well-settled law,
07:25to hurt a person or to help a person.
07:31But these officials, at the state level, not the local level,
07:35they said no state or federal laws prohibit the principles of DEI.
07:40And they said that they are aware of no jurisdiction,
07:50no jurisdiction that the federal government has to withdraw funding.
07:59Well, you know what?
