With WH Smith rebranding and leaving many high streets, we ask people in Birmingham which shop they most miss from their local area - and what made it special.

00:19so I do miss that and I miss the video store vibe, like we don't have that anymore obviously

00:25it's all online and stuff but, oh gosh, yeah, British Home Store, Marks and Spencers, you

00:32know, Adams's, no, Kitty Shop, you probably won't remember that, yeah, Chelsea Girl, do you

00:41remember Chelsea Girl, I used to love Chelsea Girl, that's going like that, yeah, so yeah

00:45I think some of the big chains, yeah, well, I don't really know, because you can come here

00:51and there's everything but, I don't know, new look, brilliant store, not one in the whole

00:58of the Boeing MCC Centre.
